Each individual contribution holds the ability to distinctly and significantly impact the collective output. In order for a team immersed in a highly dynamic environment to be maximally efficient, it is fundamental each member unquestionably knows and believes their role is an integral part of the collective mission and thus, the overall success of the team. When individuals end up on different pages or there is the slightest delay in the synchronization of their collective efforts, their maximal potential has yet to shine. Tommy fosters experiential environments solely oriented around building cultures steeped in cohesion in order to reach a team’s collective goals.
