Mindful Mondays:

At times, we have choices. We come to a fork in the road. Two directions. The easy way or the hard way. The high road or the low road. As we stand on the precipice of that decision, we’re unable to see where either leads. All we know is one will challenge us, the other, not so much. We hold the power to initiate the circumstances, which lead to the growth we seek. Embarking on that path, the choice is ours.
